Meet the team
I’m Dom, a cultural strategist, writer, and advocate for inclusive creative futures. My work sits at the intersection of place, policy, AI, and citizen engagement, helping organisations design cultural programmes that resonate with real people in real places. I also serve on Creative UK’s National Board for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, shaping national conversations on representation and systemic change.
I developed Imagine My — an AI‑enabled citizen ideas platform supporting participatory democracy and community voice. This builds on experience across arts leadership, city-wide initiatives, grassroots start-ups, and national policy, where I bring strategic clarity, creative empathy, and practical delivery.
As a trained actor, director, and Design Thinking facilitator, I make complex ideas land — visually, emotionally, and purposefully. Rooted in my British Asian heritage, I champion equity, cultural reclamation, and creativity that reflects the full spectrum of human experience. Working with Associate Consultants, I ensure every project has depth, expertise, and meaningful impact.
I’m fortunate to work alongside an exceptional network of Associate Consultants whose specialist expertise elevates every project. Their insight, craft, and lived experience deepen the work we do together, ensuring each partnership benefits from real depth, rigorous quality, and meaningful, lasting impact.
Let’s talk — about your vision, your challenges, and how creativity might unlock something powerful.
